PRODUCTION-FIRST OT CYBERSECURITY

Cybersecurity that puts production first.

An assessment found gaps. A customer needs answers. Your recovery plan still has unknowns.

Zeroday helps manufacturing, industrial and mining teams assess OT security risks, coordinate work on open findings and prepare critical processes for recovery. Get clear priorities, accountable owners and evidence of what is ready—and what still needs attention.

START WITH THE UNFINISHED WORK

Turn OT priorities
into work that moves.

Your controls integrator knows the equipment. Your IT team owns key systems. Zeroday connects assessment findings to agreed work, technical owners and evidence your leadership can use.

Andres Torres leads the executive relationship. We work alongside your existing providers around production priorities and maintenance windows.

PRODUCTION DRIVES THE PRIORITIES

Output. Recovery.
Customer commitments.

Prioritize cybersecurity work around output, recovery and the customer commitments your revenue depends on.

Defined scope. Named owners. Useful evidence.

THREE FOCUSED OT ENGAGEMENTS

What does your team need to move forward?

Start with the issue affecting production, recovery or a customer commitment. Choose the work you need help with.

“We need an assessment or answers.”

OT Security
Assessment

Review the systems and evidence behind a security requirement. Understand the gaps and which actions deserve attention first.

What you receive: A defined system review, evidence record, prioritized gaps and recommended actions.

Discuss an assessment →

“Our findings are still open.”

OT Finding-to-
Closure Support

Turn a defined group of findings into work packages with implementation owners, evidence requirements and follow-through.

What you receive: Agreed actions and a record of completed work, outstanding items and decisions.

“Can our process recover?”

Critical Process
Recovery Readiness

Review one critical process: digital dependencies, recovery materials, access and responsibilities. Find the assumptions that need checking.

What you receive: A process-specific recovery workpack, readiness gaps and tested versus untested conditions.

Assessment options: IEC 62443-3-3 gap assessments ↗ · NIST CSF 2.0 and SP 800-82 OT guidance ↗

For applicable defense suppliers: CMMC readiness reviews ↗ examine the agreed information-system scope and evidence gaps. A readiness review does not issue certification.

Discuss Your OT Priorities

Start with the issue your team needs to resolve. No sensitive system information required.

OT FINDING-TO-CLOSURE SUPPORT

An open finding.
A usable record.

Illustrative example — fictional scenario, not a client case or verified result. A finding record connects an operational concern to the action, evidence and decision still needed.

1. Operational Concern

A production-critical process depends on vendor remote access. The site needs clear ownership of that access.

2. Evidence Gap

The illustrative evidence set contains no named internal approver or documented access review.

3. Action & Owner

The site IT/OT owner reviews the access need and approval process with the vendor.

4. Zeroday’s Contribution

Coordinate the action, review the supporting evidence and surface the decision that still needs an authorized owner.

5. Evidence to Review

Current access inventory, named approval responsibilities and records of agreed, authorized checks.

6. Current Status

Unresolved. The authorized owner still needs to decide whether the evidence and proposed action address the requirement.

Implemented and checked, interim control, scheduled, risk accepted and unresolved are distinct statuses. Your record shows the evidence behind each status and who owns the next decision.

A clear status. Evidence behind it. An owner for what remains.

CRITICAL PROCESS RECOVERY READINESS

Make recovery
readiness usable.

Know what must return before a critical process can produce acceptable output. Start with a planned upgrade, equipment handover, vendor transition or recovery question.

Zeroday reviews digital dependencies, recovery materials, access and responsibilities with your technical owners. Receive an ordered workpack and a clear record of readiness gaps.

Restoration exercises require an agreed scope, site authorization and appropriate technical providers. The record distinguishes demonstrated, failed and untested steps.

A usable recovery workpack

One defined process. Agreed scope. Materials and responsibilities your team can act on.

  • Process & dependency boundary
Required digital functions and included systems.
  • Recovery-materials register
Configurations, versions, tools, access and owners.
  • Ordered workpack
    Tasks, prerequisites and owner-approved procedures.
  • Gap-closeout record
Actions, supporting evidence and unresolved blockers.
  • Exercise evidence, where scoped
    Conditions, results, limitations and follow-up.
  • Maintenance & handover plan
Ownership and changes that require a review.

MANUFACTURING · INDUSTRIAL · MINING

Built around the operation.

WHERE WE WORK

Manufacturing: Production systems, plant changes and customer commitments.

Industrial facilities: Operational equipment and supporting systems with multiple technical owners.

Mining & mineral processing: Consequential processing steps and digital dependencies that affect operating capability.

WHAT MAKES THE WORK A FIT

A named process or system. A consequential requirement, event or open finding. An internal technical owner and an identified job that existing arrangements have not fully addressed.

We work alongside your operations team, IT, controls engineers, OEMs and integrators. Start with the specific work you need completed and the decision your business needs to make.

HOW THE ENGAGEMENT WORKS

A defined job.
Work your team can act on.

Zeroday leads the assessment, prioritization, evidence review and coordination within your agreed engagement. Your authorized site teams and technical providers control live-system changes and equipment-specific procedures.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Questions before
we talk.

Who is Zeroday Cyber for?

Plant and site leaders, OT security teams and IT managers in manufacturing, industrial facilities, mining and mineral processing—with an assessment requirement, open findings or a process recovery question.

What do I receive from an OT assessment?

A defined system review, evidence record, prioritized gaps and recommended actions. Options include IEC 62443-3-3 and NIST-aligned reviews. CMMC readiness applies to the agreed defense-contract information-system scope.

Can you work with our integrator, OEM or IT provider?

Yes. Zeroday leads assessment, prioritization, evidence review and coordination. Your authorized site teams and technical providers control live-system changes and equipment-specific procedures.

What is critical process recovery readiness?

A review of one process’s digital dependencies, recovery materials, access, owners and recovery sequence. Any exercise is separately agreed and authorized; the record distinguishes demonstrated, failed and untested steps.

Does a review certify compliance or recovery?

No. Findings and readiness records document the evidence and limitations within the agreed scope. CMMC readiness does not issue certification. Site owners retain safety decisions and approval to return equipment to service.
